Frequently asked questions
How long does an exchange take?
Three to fifteen minutes. Bitcoin is the slowest: the network takes about a quarter of an hour to confirm a transfer. Within fast networks an exchange goes through in a couple of minutes.
Do I need to register?
No. No email, no password, no documents. The order opens by a link — save it to come back to the exchange later.
What is the fee?
The service fee is 0.5% and it is already included in the rate you see. Separately, the network charges a fixed amount to send the coins; you see it before confirming the order. Nothing beyond what is shown is withheld.
What if the rate changes while my transfer is on its way?
Before the order is created you see a guaranteed minimum — the exchange will not execute below it. If the price falls past that threshold while your transfer is in flight, the exchange is cancelled and the funds return to your refund address.
I made a mistake in the recipient address. What now?
Unfortunately, nothing. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, and coins cannot be recovered from someone else’s address — not by us, not by anyone. That is why we show the address in groups of characters and ask you to confirm it separately before the order is created.
What happens if I send less than the minimum?
The exchange will not happen, and the funds go to the refund address you gave when creating the order. That is exactly why we ask you to fill it in.
